1. Backup your OpenCart installation, just to be safe.

2. If you're using OpenCart 2.x and are upgrading from an older version of the
extension, you'll first need to delete the old ocMod file. To do that,
navigate to Extensions > Modifications, click the checkbox next to the
extension's name, and then click the red trash icon.

Once you've done that, navigate to Extensions > Extension Installer. Click
"Upload" and then choose the appropriate .ocmod.zip bundle for your OpenCart
version.

If using OpenCart 4.0, you will need to first unzip the bundle called
"OpenCart 4.0 Versions.zip" and then upload the .ocmod.zip bundle inside.

3. If using OpenCart 2 or OpenCart 3, navigate to Extensions > Modifications
and click "Refresh". You may need to do this twice, depending on the other
mods you have installed.

4. If you prefer the extension be installed for you as a paid service, contact
Clear Thinking at the above e-mail address for details.

5. If updating from a previous version, make sure to click "Save" in the
admin panel to apply any new settings. You can ignore the rest of the
following instructions.

6. If installing for the first time, navigate to:
Extensions > Modules > Restrict Payment Methods > click Install

7. For help with any setting, make sure the "Tooltips Enabled" setting is on.
You can then hover over any field to get help with what it means and how to
use it. If things are not working as expected on the front-end, make sure you
enable Testing Mode. You can then run a test, and view the messages in the
admin panel. It should tell you why the extension is not working.

8. To create a manual backup of all your current settings, click the "Backup
Settings" button. You can then restore from this backup at any time using the
"Restore Settings" button. You can also restore from the automatic backup that
is created every time the extension is opened, in case you want to go back to
the settings as they were when you loaded the page.

9. Backups are in tab-separated format, so you can easily edit them in a
spreadsheet application. If you're interested in manually editing the settings
backup file, visit:
